SUNDRY CHARGES. Charges in respect of additional services utilised on an ad hoc basis, such as (1) valuation certificates and (2) transfers of securities and portfolios to other custodians are subject to charges levied by third parties. Accordingly the member’s fees for such services are available upon request.
SUNDRY CHARGES. 8.1 The Purchaser shall as from the transfer date be liable for and pay all levies payable to the Homeowners Association in terms of the Constitution and all local authority charges, rates and taxes and accounts for water and electricity in respect of the property, pro-rated on a daily basis with reference to the transfer date. 8.2 Should any of the amounts referred to in clause 8.1 of Part B have been paid in advance by the Seller, the Purchaser shall within 7 (seven) days of receipt of a written request refund the amount so paid in advance. SUNDRY CHARGES these may include for example charges where the Student alone or with others has caused wilful loss or damage to School property (fair wear and tear excluded), or bank charges arising from default in payment or late payment charges if incurred, or in the case regular offenders for extra administration costs incurred in pursuing debts. Rates and Terms for payment will be as determined by the School.
SUNDRY CHARGES. 7.1 The PURCHASER shall be liable for a pro rata share of rates, taxes and other proprietary charges payable in respect of the property with effect from the Take-Over Date. The SELLER agrees to insure the building/s for replacement value up to the Take-Over Date, from which date it shall be the responsibility of the PURCHASER. 7.2 The PURCHASER shall upon request of the SELLER's Attorney discharge the sum so payable under 7.1. 7.3 The SELLER shall insure the Building(s) for the replacement value there up to the Take-Over Date.
SUNDRY CHARGES. There may be other occasions where you may be required to pay a fee for work carried out on your behalf which is beyond reasonable day to day routines. In such instances an appropriate fee will be agreed with you in advance. In the case of overseas landlords there may be a charge of £30.00 (£25 + VAT) on each occasion when using an overseas bank account.

  • Electricity Charges The licensee herein shall pay the electricity bills directly for energy consumed on the licensed premises and should submit original receipts to Licensor indicating that the electricity bills are paid.

  • Loan Charges If any applicable law limiting the amount of interest or other charges permitted to be collected from Borrower is interpreted so that any charge provided for in any Loan Document, whether considered separately or together with other charges levied in connection with any other Loan Document, violates that law, and Borrower is entitled to the benefit of that law, that charge is hereby reduced to the extent necessary to eliminate that violation. The amounts, if any, previously paid to Lender in excess of the permitted amounts shall be applied by Lender to reduce the principal of the Indebtedness. For the purpose of determining whether any applicable law limiting the amount of interest or other charges permitted to be collected from Borrower has been violated, all Indebtedness which constitutes interest, as well as all other charges levied in connection with the Indebtedness which constitute interest, shall be deemed to be allocated and spread over the stated term of the Note. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, such allocation and spreading shall be effected in such a manner that the rate of interest so computed is uniform throughout the stated term of the Note.
