Sunlight Easements Sample Clauses
Sunlight Easements. Buying Entity will take all reasonable actions as necessary to prevent other buildings, structures or flora from overshadowing or otherwise blocking access of sunlight to the System, including but not limited to such actions as may be reasonably necessary to obtain a solar access easement for such purpose.
Sunlight Easements. Purchaser shall take all reasonable actions as necessary to prevent other buildings, structures or flora from overshadowing or otherwise blocking access of sunlight to the System including but not limited to preventing buildings, struc fence line at a distance of two times the height of any such structure from the south and four times the distance of any structure to the east and west.
