Notice of Damage or Emergency. Provider shall (x) promptly notify Purchaser if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of the System or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the System, (y) immediately notify Purchaser it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the System or the Premises.
