Notice of Damage or Emergency. The Power Producer shall (a) promptly notify Purchaser if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of the System or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the System, (b) immediately notify Purchaser once it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the System or the Premises.

(a) The SPD shall make arrangements of identifying any damage to or loss of the use of the System or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the System, in the routine visit or during joint meter reading; (b) Buying Entity shall immediately notify the SPD once it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the System or the Premises.

The Developer shall (a) promptly notify JBVNL if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of the rooftop solar power project or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the rooftop solar power project, (b) immediately notify JBVNL once it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the rooftop solar power project or the Premises. The Developer shall promptly take all necessary steps to mitigate the damage or the circumstances that has been noticed and immediately inform JBVNL about the steps taken to mitigate the damage or circumstances

Procurer shall (a) promptly notify the SPD if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of the Project or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the Project; (b) immediately notify the SPD once it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the Project or the Premises. Intentionally damage will be borne by owner of the Premises.

ForeFront Power shall (x) promptly (within 48 hours) notify Purchaser if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of a System or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the System, (y) immediately (within 24 hours) notify Purchaser if it becomes aware of any event or circumstance relating to the System or the Premises that poses a significant risk to human health, the environment, the System or the Premises.
