Notice of Damage or Emergency. The Power Producer shall (a) promptly notify Purchaser if it becomes aware of any damage to or loss of the use of the System or that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the System, (b) immediately notify Purchaser once it becomes aware of any event or circumstance that poses an imminent risk to human health, the environment, the System or the Premises.
