Sunwater obligations to repair Meter. Sunwater must promptly repair any damage to or malfunction in the Meter which you notify Sunwater of, with such repairs to be at your cost if you have breached clauses 12.3(c) or 13.1(a) or otherwise payable by Sunwater.
