the Measure means the Cathedrals Measure 2021;
Smart Meter means a meter which tells us how much Energy you are using without us having to visit your home and which enables you to see how much Energy you are using;
Meter means a device which records the demand and/or the electrical energy consumed and includes conventional and prepayment meters;
measure means any measure by a Party, whether in the form of a law, regulation, rule, procedure, decision, administrative action, or any other form;
water meter means any apparatus for measuring or showing the volume of water supplied to, or of effluent discharged from any premises;
Waterproofer means a product designed and labeled exclusively to repel water from fabric or leather substrates. Waterproofer does not include fabric protectants.
Usage Metric means the standard of measurement for determining the permitted use and calculating the fees due for a Cloud Service as set forth in an Order Form.
