Super Seniority and Other Seniority Provisions. A. An employee who held a position at an associate school site upon receivership of this District may not be bumped from that position by an employee laid off from another site. This provision shall not apply to anyone employed or transferred to said assignment following the initial receivership. Additionally, members entering receivership on or after July 1, 2007, shall be subject to the following term. If an employee desires to bump into another Xxxxxx Tech position, his / her bumping right shall be based upon his / her accrued seniority at Xxxxxx Tech beginning with the date of receivership.
