Super Users. 5.1 The Customer must appoint a Super User who will have access to all Information on the Admissions Portal related to the Customer and all Admissions Portal Transactions submitted by the Customer and its Authorised Users. The Customer shall be entirely responsible for allocating access to the Admissions Portal and responsibility within the Admissions Portal between the Super Users.

Super Users. Contractor’s training shall include, but not be limited to, End User level of instruction, ad hoc report generator, System aspects, problem solving, diagnosis, and problem resolution.
Super Users. In the event the Member wishes LCH to grant Personnel access to both CMS and the Administration System, therefore, making such Personnel a “Super User”, the Member shall on its own behalf or on behalf of a Service Provider request a Form for Notification of Super User for CMS from LCH. Subject to LCH’s prior approval, the Member (or Service Provider) shall submit the Form for Notification of Super User for CMS signed by an Authorised Signatory and sent to LCH via email. LCH shall check the signed Form for Notification of Super User for CMS received from the Member (or Service Provider) and, provided LCH accepts the Member’s request (or the Service Provider’s request) to register the Super User, LCH shall register the Super User to access and use both CMS and the Administration System and send the relevant Access Details to the Super User. Once registered by LCH, the Super User will have read-only access to CMS; to activate full CMS access the Super User or another Admin User must access the Administration System and select the Super User’s CMS permissions via the Administration System. The Super User shall only access: CMS to perform its tasks as an Authorised User; the Administration System to perform its tasks as an Admin User. Save for clauses 3.2(a), 3.2(c), 3.3(a) and 3.3(c), all references to “Admin User” in this Access Agreement shall include any Super User acting in its capacity of an Admin User; and all references to “Authorised User” in this Access Agreement shall include any Super User acting in its capacity as an Authorised User. Where the Member or a Service Provider wishes to use an Authorised System the Member must register the system with LCH by completing a separate registration process, details of which will be made available to the Member or Service Provider on request. The Member shall procure on its own behalf and on behalf of any Service Provider that Users shall comply with the term of this Access Agreement and shall ensure that only Users to whom valid Access Details have been issued will access or use (or attempt to access or use) CMS or the Administration System (as appropriate) and that Access Details are at all times kept confidential. Super Users. In order to go deeper into the comprehension of the users’ feelings and to allow some of the participants to give advices and insights about how the future system should be, we expect to recruit a sample of super users. We aim to have four super users which would take the time to answer some interviews and, if possible, to participate to brainstorming sequences to set up the design and the functionality of the future PRECIOUS system. One super user from each category of people described below is expected.
Super Users. In addition to other customers like Me, the Trading System is also available to “super users,” which are broker dealers that satisfy minimum capital requirements and that provide liquidity in securities traded through the Trading System. Super users have the right but not the obligation to fill marketable customer orders (i.e., customer orders at the NBBO), if such orders cannot be matched with other customer orders. Super users enter orders in the ATS pegged at the bid or offer of the NBBO. . User orders executed with the super user as the counterparty do not receive price improvement. Super users, in their capacity as liquidity providers receive the following information from the ATS: declarations of interest in a symbol and a side by Users. However, super users’ capital, while substantial, is limited and they may be unable or unwilling, for financial reasons, to take the contra side of customer orders. Similarly, super users may not be able or willing to fill marketable customer orders in volatile or thinly traded markets or in other difficult market conditions. As such, super users are not guarantors of liquidity or trade execution. As noted above, the internal- only trade fulfillment nature of the Trading System means that My orders may not be executed or executed on a timely basis. I understand that Ustocktrade Securities, through its proprietary account, is currently the only broker dealer acting in the capacity of super user on the Trading System, and that other broker dealers may be approved as super users in the future without notice to me. Super users are permitted to trade on margin and, as customers of Ustocktrade Securities, are able to enter orders with Ustocktrade Securities to trade for their own accounts and cover their positions in the market, including positions taken as a result of functioning as super users. Super users, in their capacity as liquidity providers, have the ability to offset its positions by trading on third-party exchanges. Super users can perform this offset at their discretion as it pertains to time and trading venue. This trading activity of super users outside of the ATS will generate profits or losses for You. Super users are not charged trading fees by Ustocktrade Securities for trade executions on the Trading System but do pay the costs of executing orders on other exchanges.

Similarly, super users may not be able or willing to fill marketable customer orders in volatile or thinly traded markets or in other difficult market conditions. As such, super users are not guarantors of liquidity or trade execution. These risks are higher due to the fact that currently there is only one super user, the CEO and 100 percent owner of Ustocktrade Securities’ direct owner, Ustocktrade, LLC (“Parent”). Super users are permitted to trade on margin and, as customers of Ustocktrade Securities are able to enter orders with Ustocktrade Securities to trade for their own accounts and cover their positions in the market, including positions taken as a result of functioning as super users. Super users are not charged trading fees by Ustocktrade Securities for trade executions on the Trading System but do pay the costs of executing orders on BATS.

Super Users. FME shall ensure that at least the following prerequisites have to be fulfilled by the Super Users: · Very good understanding of the business-environment and the processes · Well trained in the SAP-functionality · Super Users will be commonly agreed between NETCARE and FME. Super Users. Customer will designate a sufficient number of individuals who have received the HSD training (as initially offered in conjunction with the Diamond Implementation Agreement) to serve as the single point of contact with HSD for support related/user issues. For purposes of this Agreement the designated individuals shall be known as "Super Users" with the understanding that the number of Super Users will be adjusted by Customer as necessary to provide coverage adequate to meet Customer's needs.
