Common use of Superintendent designee Clause in Contracts

Superintendent designee. If the grievance is not satisfactorily settled after Step 1, the grievance shall be transmitted by the employee/Association to the Superintendent/designee within ten (10) working days after the completion of Step 1. Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent/designee shall meet with the Association representative on the grievance and shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) working days of such meeting and shall furnish a copy thereof to the grievant and/or Association.

Within ten (10) working days, the Superintendent/designee shall meet with the Association Organization representative on the grievance and shall indicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing within ten (10) working days of such meeting and shall furnish a copy thereof to the grievant and/or AssociationOrganization.
