Common use of Superior Interests Clause in Contracts

Superior Interests. If at any time this Lease is an underlease, the Tenant shall comply with the terms of any superior lease to the extent that they relate to the Premises but, for the avoidance of doubt, without being liable to comply with any terms that are more onerous than the terms of this Lease and other than any obligation to pay any rent, and the Landlord shall pay any rent due under the immediate superior lease.
