Common use of Superior Interests Clause in Contracts

Superior Interests. The Tenant must at all times during the Term permit the Landlord and any person having any estate or interest in the Premises superior to or concurrent with that of the Landlord to: 16.14.1 exercise the Landlord's powers to enter and view the Premises; and 16.14.2 carry out repairs, renovations, maintenance and other work authorised by the Lease or any head lease; and 16.14.3 otherwise exercise or perform their lawful rights and obligations in respect of the Premises.
