Common use of Superior Registration Rights Clause in Contracts

Superior Registration Rights. The Company shall not grant to any Person with respect to any equity securities of the Company, or any securities convertible into or exchangeable or exercisable for any equity securities of the Company, registration rights that have terms more favorable than the registration rights granted to Xxxxx in this Agreement unless similar rights are granted to Xxxxx.
