Supervision and Activities risks. I understand that neither HYROX nor its staff, representatives, volunteers, contractors or anyone associated with them will be supervising participant during the Activities or at any time. If the participant is a minor, I agree to take sole responsibility for participant’s supervision before, during and after the Event and other Activities, including during free time and at all other times, and agrees that the parent and child share in the responsibility for the child’s well-being.
