Supervision and Management. Customer is responsible for undertaking the proper supervision, control and management of its use of the Supported Programs, including, but not limited to: (a) assuring proper Supported Environment configuration, Supported Programs installation and operating methods; and (b) following industry standard procedures for the security of data, accuracy of input and output, and back-up plans, including restart and recovery in the event of hardware or software error or malfunction.
Supervision and Management. Except with the prior consent of the Agent, the Borrower will not:
10.14.1 permit any person other than the Supervisor and any Manager to be the supervisor of construction and the manager of, including providing crewing services to, the Vessel;
10.14.2 permit any amendment to be made to the terms of the Supervision Agreement or any Management Agreement unless an amendment to a Management Agreement is advised by the Borrower’s tax counsel or is deemed necessary by the parties thereto but provided that the amendment does not imperil the security to be provided pursuant to the Security Documents or adversely affect the ability of any Obligor to perform its obligations under the Transaction Documents; or
10.14.3 permit the Vessel to be employed other than within the NCL or NCL America brand (as applicable).

(c) permit the Vessel to be employed other than within the NCL or NCL America brand (as applicable).
Supervision and Management. The ILA work described in the jurisdiction provisions of this Master Contract is to be performed by ILA-represented workers on the waterfront facility and not by supervision or other non-bargaining unit employees.
Supervision and Management. 2.1. Authorises, verifies, maintains and monitors human resource and payroll information systems for staff under direct supervision.
2.2. Prepares staff rosters to ensure the effective delivery of administrative services.
2.3. Manages leave requests, leave liability and ensures appropriate backfill for administrative staff.

PRPD shall ensure that an adequate number of qualified first-line supervisors are deployed in the field to allow supervisors to provide close and effective supervision to each officer under the supervisor’s direct command, to provide officers with the direction and guidance necessary to improve and develop as police officers, and to identify, correct, and prevent misconduct. PRPD shall develop policies for supervision that set out clear requirements for supervisors and are consistent with generally accepted policing practices.

Supervision and Management. 7.1 Supervision right of Party A
a. After notifying Party B in advance, Party A and its representative can arrive at authorized teaching center any time during work hours to check the teaching task, student management and relative document related with this program of Party A.
b. Party A shall supervise and check the work of authorized teaching center, including the use of the course and teaching materials.
7.2 Program record of Party B
a. Party B shall use the management software provide by Party A to manage all the materials related with IE21 program.
b. Party A shall have the right to review and supervise all materials of Party B related with this program, and Party B shall provide active support.
