Common use of Supervision by the Trust Clause in Contracts

Supervision by the Trust. Services shall be subject to the general supervision and direction of the Trust or its authorized representative, whose decision shall be final and binding upon the Contractor as to all matters arising in connection with or relating to the Contract. Neither the Trust’s exercise nor failure to exercise such supervision and direction shall relieve the Contractor of any of its obligations or responsibilities for its acts or failure to act with regards to the Contract. The Trust shall reasonably determine all matters relative to the fulfillment of the Contract on the part of the Contractor and such determination shall be final and binding on the Contractor.
