SUPERVISION DURING THE NOON INTERMISSION. 1. No member of the CTA shall be required to perform routine school supervision duties during the noon intermission. 2. However, this provision does not preclude any employee from volunteering for this activity. 3. This article shall be effective July 1, 1989 and shall be reviewed at the request of either party during subsequent negotiations.
