Supervision; Inspection of Books. Proper and complete books of account of the affairs of the Company shall be kept under the supervision of the Managing Members at the principal office of the Company. Such books shall be open to inspection by a Non-Managing Member, at any reasonable time, upon reasonable notice, during normal business hours.
