Common use of Supervision of Construction Clause in Contracts

Supervision of Construction. City shall have no obligation to rehabilitate or cause the rehabilitation of the Property, or to supervise any construction on the Property, and shall not be responsible for inadequate or deficient contractors, subcontractors, materials, equipment or supplies. City and Borrower agree City is not the agent for the Borrower, nor is it a partner or joint venturer with Borrower, and Borrower agrees it is not the agent for the City, nor is it the partner or joint venturer of City.
