Supervision of Service Providers’ Activities. The Service Providers shall, at all times, be subject to the supervision of the relevant Service Recipient’s Governing Body and the relevant Governing Body shall remain responsible for all investment and divestment decisions made by the Service Recipient.

Supervision of Service Providers’ Activities.
