Common use of Supervisor Initiated Modifications Clause in Contracts

Supervisor Initiated Modifications. If an Academic Support Professional's supervisor wishes to modify the Employee's work plan she/he shall consult with the Employee about the proposed modification, providing the Employee with a copy of the proposed modification. The Academic Support Professional may attach a statement to the supervisor's recommendation of the proposed modification to the appropriate University Vice President.
