Common use of Supervisor Notes Clause in Contracts

Supervisor Notes. Supervisor notes shall be maintained and regulated as per DOC Policy 1.3.39 as revised February 23, 2015. Entries older than twelve months may be used to support ongoing progressive discipline. Such items can be used in support of disciplinary action arising from more recent employee action or is applicable to pending legal or quasi legal proceedings. Entries older than twelve months shall not be used to initiate new discipline.
