Common use of SUPERVISOR/STUDENT INSTRUCTION Clause in Contracts

SUPERVISOR/STUDENT INSTRUCTION. Supervisors may be assigned to teach a secondary school course during the established school schedule or after the conclusion of the scheduled day. Courses concluding prior to 4:00 P.M. shall be taught without additional com- pensation or compensatory time. If, upon mutual agreement between a super- visor and the Superintendent or designee, a course commences after 4:00 P.M. - up to five days of compensatory time shall be provided for a full year course.
