Supervisory and Administrative Services. The supervisory and administrative services to be provided by the Investment Manager shall include the following for each Fund: (i) The Investment Manager shall supervise and coordinate matters relating to the operation of each Fund, including any necessary coordination among the custodian, administrator, fund accountant, and transfer agent, accountants, attorneys, auction agents, and other parties performing services or operational functions for a Fund.
