Common use of Supplement to Deed of Trust Clause in Contracts

Supplement to Deed of Trust. The provisions of this Agreement are not intended to supersede the provisions of the Deed of Trust but shall be construed as supplemental thereto. In the event of any inconsistency between the provisions hereof and the Deed of Trust, it is intended that, during the applicability of this Agreement, this Agreement shall be controlling.
