From time to time, we may make promotional offers of bonus miles. These offers include terms about how you can earn the bonus miles and when you can use them. You can view your miles balance by logging onto your online account at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and viewing your account summary page. When we transfer miles We transfer the miles you receive to your Delta SkyMiles account after the end of the billing period in which you received them. Bonus miles awarded for promotional offers will be posted to your Delta SkyMiles account 8 to 12 weeks after the end of each month. To be eligible to earn bonus miles, your account must not be cancelled or delinquent at time of bonus fulfillment. When you will forfeit miles If the Minimum Payment Due is not paid by the Payment Due Date of the billing period in which it is due, you will forfeit the miles you earned for eligible purchases during that billing period. For example, if your billing period closes January 15 and the minimum payment for that billing period is due on February 10, and you do not make that minimum payment due by the due date on February 10, then you will not earn miles for purchases in the billing period ending February 15. You may reinstate those miles within the next 12 billing periods if your Card Account is not past due and you pay a $35 fee. How you can receive a Status BoostTM award of Medallion Qualification Miles each calendar year You may receive a Status BoostTM award of Medallion Qualification Miles (MQMs) based on your eligible purchases for the calendar year. A calendar year is from January 1 to December 31 regardless of when you open your Card Account. This means in your first year as a Card Member you may have fewer months to accumulate eligible purchases. The eligible purchases required to receive these awards are shown below. Annual Eligible Purchases MQM's Awarded $30,000 15,000 MQMs $60,000 An additional 15,000 MQMs $90,000 An additional 15,000 MQMs $120,000 or more An additional 15,000 MQMs Status BoostTM Restrictions You can only earn four Status Boost awards for each Card Account. In addition, if you have more than one consumer Reserve Card Account linked to the same SkyMiles account, you are eligible for only four Status Boost awards (one per threshold) each calendar year. We cannot increase the interest rate on existing balances except in limited circumstances. Changes to some terms may require 45 days advance notice, and we will tell you in the notice if you have the right to reject a change. We cannot change certain terms during the first year of your Cardmembership. Words we use in the Agreement About using your card We, us, and our mean the issuer shown on page 1 of Part 1. We group certain merchant codes into categories that are eligible for additional miles. A purchase with a merchant will not receive additional miles if the merchant's code is not included in a reward category. You may not receive additional miles if we receive inaccurate information or are otherwise unable to identify your purchase as eligible for a reward category. Office supplies purchased at other retail stores will not earn additional miles. You receive 0.5 additional miles (a total of 1.5) for each $1 of eligible transit purchases on your Card Account. Eligible transit purchases include purchases with train, taxicab, ride share service, ferry, toll, parking, bus, and subway merchants. Purchases of airfare, car rental and cruises are not considered eligible transit purchases. If in any calendar year eligible purchases made on the Card total more than $150,000, you receive 0.5 additional miles (a total of 1.5) for each $1 of eligible purchases made after reaching $150,000 in eligible purchases through the end of the same calendar year. Merchants are assigned codes based on what they primarily sell. We group certain merchant codes into categories that are eligible for additional miles.
