Supplemental Bills for Unanticipated Financing Costs. The State may submit a supplemental xxxx to the Agency for the year if necessary to meet unanticipated costs for Water System Facility Revenue Bond Financing Costs for which the State can issue a statement of charges under this article and any other article of this contract providing for payments that are pledged to the payment of Revenue Bonds issued to finance Project Facility Capital Costs allocated to the Agency. The relative amounts of any supplemental billing made to the Agency and to other Contractors for Revenue Bond purposes shall be governed by the otherwise applicable article. Payment of any supplemental billing shall be due thirty days after the date of the invoice.
