Common use of Supplemental Documentation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Documentation. Prior to the commencement of the term or as soon as practicable thereafter, the University will provide to Teaching Assistants, Associates In , and Teaching Fellows documentation which will set forth the following: faculty member or supervisor to whom the individual will report; the location where the work will be performed if known; the class assigned if applicable; the duties that may be required; and other information as deemed appropriate by the University that was not included in the initial notification. The University shall provide advance notice when the above referenced duties are changed significantly.
