Common use of Supplemental Documentation Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Documentation. At the Secured Parties' request, the Grantor shall execute and deliver to the Secured Parties, at any time or times hereafter, all documents, instruments and other written matter that the Secured Parties may request to perfect and maintain perfected the Secured Parties' security interest in the Collateral, in form and substance acceptable to the Secured Parties, and pay all charges, expenses and fees the Secured Parties may reasonably incur in filing any of such documents, and all taxes relating thereto. Grantor agrees that a carbon, photographic, photostatic, or other reproduction of this Agreement or a financing statement is sufficient as a financing statement and may be filed by the Secured Parties in any filing office.
