Supplemental Documents True and Correct. All information contained in any Vehicle Order or other Supplemental Document which has been submitted, or which may hereafter be submitted by the Lessee to the Lessor is, or will be, true, correct and complete. Each of the foregoing representations and warranties will be deemed to be remade as of the Closing Date with respect to each Series of Notes.
