COSTS DISTRIBUTED THROUGH COUNTYWIDE COST ALLOCATIONS The indirect overhead and support service costs listed in the Summary Schedule (attached) are formally approved as actual costs for fiscal year 2022-23, and as estimated costs for fiscal year 2024-25 on a “fixed with carry-forward” basis. These costs may be included as part of the county departments’ costs indicated effective July 1, 2024, for further allocation to federal grants and contracts performed by the respective county departments.
Qualified HSA Funding Distribution If you are eligible to contribute to a health savings account (HSA), you may be eligible to take a one-time tax-free HSA funding distribution from your IRA and directly deposit it to your HSA. The amount of the qualified HSA funding distribution may not exceed the maximum HSA contribution limit in effect for the type of high deductible health plan coverage (i.e., single or family coverage) that you have at the time of the deposit, and counts toward your HSA contribution limit for that year. For further detailed information, you may wish to obtain IRS Publication 969, Health Savings Accounts and Other Tax-Favored Health Plans.
Initial Contribution of Trust Property; Organizational Expenses The Property Trustee acknowledges receipt in trust from the Depositor in connection with the Original Trust Agreement of the sum of $10, which constituted the initial Trust Property. The Depositor shall pay organizational expenses of the Trust as they arise or shall, upon request of any Trustee, promptly reimburse such Trustee for any such expenses paid by such Trustee. The Depositor shall make no claim upon the Trust Property for the payment of such expenses.
ALLOCATION OF DISTRIBUTION FEE Assuming that the Distribution Fee remains constant over time so that Part IV hereof does not become operative: (1) The portion of the aggregate Distribution Fee accrued in respect of all Class C shares of a Fund during any calendar month allocable to the Distributor or a Successor Distributor is determined by multiplying the total of such Distribution Fee by the following fraction: where: A= The aggregate Net Asset Value of all Class C shares of a Fund attributed to the Distributor or such Successor Distributor, as the case may be, and outstanding at the beginning of such calendar month B= The aggregate Net Asset Value of all Class C shares of a Fund at the beginning of such calendar month C= The aggregate Net Asset Value of all Class C shares of a Fund attributed to the Distributor or such Successor Distributor, as the case may be, and outstanding at the end of such calendar month D= The aggregate Net Asset Value of all Class C shares of a Fund at the end of such calendar month (2) If the Distributor reasonably determines that the transfer agent is able to produce automated monthly reports that allocate the average Net Asset Value of the Commission Shares (or all Class C shares if available) of a Fund among the Distributor and any Successor Distributor in a manner consistent with the methodology detailed in Part I and Part III(1) above, the portion of the Distribution Fee accrued in respect of all such Class C shares of a Fund during a particular calendar month will be allocated to the Distributor or a Successor Distributor by multiplying the total of such Distribution Fee by the following fraction: (A) (B) where: A= Average Net Asset Value of all such Class C shares of a Fund for such calendar month attributed to the Distributor or a Successor Distributor, as the case may be B= Total average Net Asset Value of all such Class C shares of a Fund for such calendar month

This Questionnaire is for use by each Subscriber who is a US person (as that term is defined Regulation S of the United States Securities Act of 1933 (the “ 1933 Act ”)) and has indicated an interest in purchasing Shares of RVPlus Inc. (the “ Company ”). The purpose of this Questionnaire is to assure the Company that each Subscriber will meet the standards imposed by the 1933 Act and the appropriate exemptions of applicable state securities laws. The Company will rely on the information contained in this Questionnaire for the purposes of such determination. The Shares will not be registered under the 1933 Act in reliance upon the exemption from registration afforded by Section 3(b) and/or Section 4(2) and Regulation D of the 1933 Act. Additional Allocation Provisions Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of this Article 6:
What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.
Interim Extension Amendment a. Prior to or on the expiration date of this Contract, the Parties agree that this Contract can be extended as provided under this Section. b. The System Agency will provide written notice of interim extension amendment to the Grantee under one of the following circumstances: 1. Continue provision of services in response to a disaster declared by the governor; or 2. To ensure that services to clients continue without interruption. c. The System Agency will provide written notice of the interim extension amendment that specifies the reason and length of time for the extension. d. Grantee will provide and invoice for services in the same manner as stated in the Contract. e. An interim extension under Section (b)(1) above will extend the term of the contract not longer than 30 days after governor's disaster declaration is declared unless the Parties agree to a shorter period of time. f. An interim extension under Section (b)(2) above will be a one-time extension for time determined by the System Agency.
Effect if Distribution Does Not Occur Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, if the Distribution Agreement is terminated prior to the Effective Time, this Agreement shall be of no further force and effect and shall be void ab initio.
