Common use of Supplemental Rent Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Rent. Lessee shall pay to Lessor, or to such other Person as shall be entitled thereto in the manner contemplated herein or as otherwise required by Lessor, any and all Supplemental Rent as the same shall become due and payable. In the event of Lessee’s failure to pay when due and payable any Supplemental Rent, Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for herein.

Supplemental Rent. The Lessee shall pay to the Lessor, for its own account, or to such other the Person entitled thereto, as shall be entitled thereto in the manner contemplated provided herein or as otherwise required by Lessorin any other Operative Document, any and all Supplemental Rent promptly as the same shall become due and payable. In , and in the event of Lessee’s any failure on the part of the Lessee to pay when due and payable any Supplemental Rent, the Lessor shall have all rights, powers and remedies provided for hereinherein in the case of nonpayment of Basic Rent.
