Common use of Supplemental Servicing Fee Clause in Contracts

Supplemental Servicing Fee. In addition to the Servicing Fee, and as additional compensation for its services rendered under this Agreement, the Servicer will be entitled to retain any late fees, prepayment charges, extension fees and other administrative fees and expenses or similar charges allowed by applicable law collected (from whatever source) on the Receivables during each Collection Period (such amounts, the “Supplemental Servicing Fee”).
