SUPPLEMENTARY AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO SALARY DISPARITY. In addition to those mechanisms established in § 19.1 to provide for the use of newly appropriated funds to adjust the salaries of faculty unit members who have been identified by statistical analyses or otherwise based on particular circumstances as possible victims of impermissible bias, institutions may at any time reallocate funds from any source to remedy such documented disparities. Institutions making distributions to correct salary bias will disclose to their union locals the names of persons who are to receive such distributions.
