Common use of Supplementary Card Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Card. (i) The Bank may at its absolute discretion issue a Supplementary Card to a person nominated by the Cardholder and approved by the Bank. The Supplementary cardholder must be of 18 years of age or over. The issue of the Supplementary Card (s) shall be subject to such Terms and Conditions, which the Bank may deem necessary.
