SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. Whenever necessary, the Organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations in addition to those in this Agreement to ensure the smooth management of the Exhibition. Any additional written regulations and/or instructions shall form part of these Terms of Contract and they shall be binding on the Exhibitors upon the Exhibitors receiving notice of the same.
SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. Any outstanding issues in this contract shall be settled by both parties through negotiation. In addition, the supplementary clauses agreed upon by both parties based on the actual construction situations shall be the integral part of this contract and shall have the same binding force as the clauses of this contract.
SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. 13.1 Whenever necessary, the Organisers shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations or instructions in addition to those contained in this Contract to ensure the smooth management of the Industry Equipment Exhibition. Any additional written regulations or instructions shall form part of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT and they shall be binding on the Exhibitor.
SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. 14.1 This Agreement is written in two counterparts, each party to retain one.
14.2 Those documents and agreements with regard to consultation and service that the two parties have signed shall constitute the appendixes to this Agreement. These appendixes shall each constitute an integral component part of this Agreement, and shall be of equal legal effect with this Agreement.
14.3 It is allowed to revise, amend or supplement this Agreement after the two parties have agreed to do so; in the meantime, such revision, amendment and supplementation into this Agreement shall not become effective until having been signed in writing by the authorized representatives of the two parties and also having borne the official seals of the two parties.
14.4 Those matters not covered under this Agreement shall be handled by and between the two parties in conformity to the Contract Law of the People's Republic of China and relevant laws and regulations.
SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. 11.1 The Corporations accept joint and several liability for the payment obligations of Mutarestes under the Agreement.
11.2 In the performance of the management activities, the reasonable interests of the other operating companies of EuroMed B.V. will continually be observed, such that the activities to be performed in respect of the Agreement shall not be damaging to the other

SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. The above promissory notes are the irrevocable promise and indispensable attachments in relation to all the credit business agreements between the loaner and debtor.
SUPPLEMENTARY CLAUSES. Whenever necessary to ensure the smooth management of the exhibition, the Organizer shall have the right to issue supplementary regulations and instructions in addition to those in the ‘Terms & Conditions for Participation’. All such additional written instructions form a part of the ‘Terms & Conditions for Participation’ and are binding on all Exhibitors after being accepted and executed by the Exhibitors. Should the Exhibitors fail to accept and execute any supplementary regulations in a timely manner, the Organizer may immediately terminate the Terms & Conditions for Participation and exclude the Exhibitor from the event.

d. An exhibitor’s manual will be issued to each exhibitor containing detailed instructions for organization of the Exhibition.
