Supplementary General Conditions may describe. the standard procedures and requirements of contract administration followed by a contracting agency of the State. Supplementary General Conditions may expand upon matters covered by the Uniform General Conditions, where necessary, provided the expansion does not weaken the character or intent of the Uniform General Conditions. Supplementary General Conditions are of such a character that it is to be anticipated that a contracting agency of the State will normally use the same, or similar, conditions to supplement each of its several projects.
