Common use of Supplementary Invoice Clause in Contracts

Supplementary Invoice. 5.5 Any amount due to TSTRANSCO or TSDISCOM under this Agreement other than the amount set out under the Invoice shall be payable within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of presentation of a Supplementary Invoice to the User. The Supplementary Invoice will include, but not be limited to the following:
