Supplementary Provision. (Effective Date)
Supplementary Provision. The obligations, undertakings and liabilities of the Grantors to Party A hereunder are several and joint, and the Grantors shall be subject to the liabilities severally and jointly. With respect to Party A, breach of this Agreement by any party in the Grantors shall constitute the breach of the Grantors.
Supplementary Provision. It shall be a condition precedent to the right of any Shareholder to transfer shares in the capital of the Company that the purchaser or transferee (if not already bound by the provisions of this Agreement) executes in such form as may be reasonably required by and agreed between the other Shareholders a deed of ratification and accession under which the purchaser or transferee shall agree to be bound by and shall be entitled to the benefit of this Agreement as if an original party hereto in place of or in addition to the transferring Shareholder (as the case may be).
Supplementary Provision. Important Notice: this Contact is made after a negotiation on an equal and voluntary basis, and all the Clauses well express the true meanings of both parties. To fully protect rights of borrower, Creditor makes a special warning that Borrower should carefully read the Clauses of this Contract in Boldface and pay close attentions to these Clauses.
Supplementary Provision. This Agreement is executed in three counterparts with each having the same force. Party A, Party B, department for property pledge register shall hold one copy each.

10.1 This Agreement will be executed in the Chinese language only. The English translation of this Agreement shall only be used for reference. In the event of any discrepancies, inconsistencies or ambiguities, the Chinese version shall prevail. 本协议将仅以中文签立。本协议的英文翻译仅为参考之用。如本协议中英文有不相符、不一致或模糊之处，应以中文版为准。
10.2 This Agreement shall be made in two counterparts, with each party holding one. Each counterpart shall have the same legal effect.
Supplementary Provision. The contractual services refer to the currently available as well as to the previous version of RX-TIMBER. If there are more than two upgrade steps between the version that you are currently using and the program version that is currently available on the market, or if the previous version has been replaced by a more current version for more than two years, the customer no longer has the right to claim further update deliveries. The Service Contracts Basic or Pro will automatically become ordinary hotline support contracts without update deliveries. The annual prices correspond to the prices of the regular contracts.
Supplementary Provision. 1. The previous master agreement on production and supply of Completed Goods signed between Sharp and Hyundai shall have lose its effects after the Agreement come into effect. However, ancillary contracts and memorandum that were signed between Sharp and Hyundai shall remain effective unless otherwise they are in conflict with the Agreement.
2. The Agreement shall be applicable to Individual Agreements that were signed between Sharp and Hyundai before the Agreement comes into effect.
Supplementary Provision. 13.1 Party B has the right to, according to relevant regulations of laws and other regulatory files and requirements of financial supervision institutes, provide information of this Contract and other relevant information to Credit Database of People’s Bank of China or other database set in legal ways for information search of institutes or persons with proper authorities, and look up information related to Party A in Credit Database of People’s Bank of China or other database set in legal ways since signing the implementing of this Contract.
13.2 Supplementary Provision is an inseparable part of this Contract with the same legal validity.
13.3 This Contract is in two copies, with each party holds copy (copies) with the same legal validity.
Supplementary Provision. Both parties shall take steps to implement the provisions under this Supplementary Agreement and give effect to the provisions of this Supplementary Agreement.
