Supplements and Appendices. Supplements and Appendices to the Plan or the Trust may be adopted, attached to and incorporated in the Plan or the Trust at any time. The provisions of any such Supplements or Appendices shall have the same effect that such provisions would have if they were included within the basic text of the Plan or the Trust. Supplements and Appendices shall be adopted by the Board pursuant to the amendment authority set forth in Section 17.2 of the Plan and shall specify the persons affected.
