Common use of Supplier and Customer Relationships Clause in Contracts

Supplier and Customer Relationships. To Seagate's Knowledge, ----------------------------------- (i) the Contributed Company Group has good commercial working relationships with the customers for the Group Business, and (ii) since January 1, 1998, no customer of, or supplier to the Group Business has canceled or otherwise terminated any material relationship concerning the Group Business with the Contributed Company Group or SSI (with respect to the Group), or materially decreased or limited its purchases or provision of materials supplied to the Group Business or under any Material Contributed Contract from the corresponding period in 1997, where any of the foregoing actions would cause a Material Adverse Effect on the Group Business, and to Seagate's Knowledge, no customer or supplier has threatened to take any such action.
