Common use of Supplier and Customer Relationships Clause in Contracts

Supplier and Customer Relationships. To SCO's Knowledge, (i) the Contributed Company Group has good commercial working relationships with the customers for the Group Business, and (ii) since January 1, 2000 no customer of, or supplier to the Group Business has cancelled or otherwise terminated any material relationship concerning the Group Business with the Contributed Company Group or SCO (with respect to the Group), or materially decreased or limited its purchases or provision of materials supplied to the Group Business or under any Material Contributed Contract from the corresponding period in 1999, where any of the foregoing actions would cause a Material Adverse Effect on the Group Business, and to SCO's Knowledge, no such customer or supplier has threatened to take any such action.
