Common use of Supplier and Customer Relationships Clause in Contracts

Supplier and Customer Relationships. To the Company's knowledge, it has good commercial working relationships with its material customers and suppliers. Except as disclosed in Part 2.22 of the Company Disclosure Letter, no customer accounting for more than 5% of the Company's revenues in any month during the last twelve calendar months ending December 31, 2000 ("MATERIAL CUSTOMER") has canceled or otherwise terminated its relationship with Company, decreased or limited materially the amount of product or services ordered from Company or threatened in writing (or to Company's knowledge orally) to take any such action.
