Supplier and Customer Relationships. To Parent's knowledge, it has good commercial working relationships with the HostPro Business' material customers and suppliers. Except as disclosed in Part 3.20 of the Parent Disclosure Letter, no customer accounting for more than 5% of the HostPro Business' revenues in any month during the last twelve calendar months ending December 31, 2000 ("MATERIAL CUSTOMER") has canceled or otherwise terminated its relationship with Parent or any of its subsidiaries, decreased or limited materially the amount of product or services ordered from Parent or its subsidiaries or threatened in writing (or to Parent's knowledge orally) to take any such action.
