Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit that it has overcharged Kraft, then Supplier shall promptly pay to Kraft the amount of such overcharge, together with interest from the date of Supplier’s receipt of such overcharge at the Interest Rate.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit that it has overcharged ABM, then Supplier shall promptly pay or credit to ABM the amount of such overcharge, together with interest from the date of Supplier’s receipt of such overcharge at the Prime Rate. In the event such an audit results in a determination that Supplier has undercharged ABM, then, subject to Section 12.1(d) and ABM’s right to dispute the amount of such undercharge, Supplier shall immediately report such undercharge to ABM and invoice ABM for such undercharged amounts.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit or otherwise that it has overcharged Ascension Health or another Eligible Recipient, then Supplier shall promptly pay to Ascension Health or the applicable Eligible Recipient the amount of such overcharge.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines that, as a result of its own internal audit, it has overcharged NCR Voyix, then Supplier shall promptly pay to NCR Voyix the amount of such overcharge
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit that it has overcharged Triad (net of any undercharges), then Supplier shall disclose to Triad all such incorrect charges and promptly pay or credit to Triad the amount of such overcharge plus interest at the rate provided for in Section 12.2(b) from the date of overcharge.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit that it has overcharged Hercules, then Supplier shall promptly pay to Hercules the amount of such overcharge.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit that it has overcharged Allianz, then Supplier shall promptly pay or credit to Allianz the amount of such overcharge, together with interest from the date of Supplier’s receipt of such overcharge at the lesser of “REDACTED” per annum or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit that it has overcharged New Century, then Supplier shall promptly pay to New Century the amount of such overcharge, together with interest from the date of Supplier’s receipt of such overcharge at the lesser of the then current “Prime Rate” set forth in the “Money Rates” table in The Wall Street Journal (“Prime Rate”) plus two percent (2%) or the maximum rate allowed by law.
Supplier Internal Audit. If Supplier determines as a result of its own internal audit or otherwise that it has overcharged CoreLogic, then Supplier shall promptly pay to CoreLogic the amount of such overcharge (taking into account any offsetting undercharges (but only to the extent that such offsetting undercharges that are discovered pursuant to such audit ***); provided that such offsetting undercharges shall not exceed the amount of the overcharge determined by such audit (i.e., CoreLogic cannot owe Supplier more Charges in the aggregate on the basis of the applicable audit)), ***.
