Common use of Supplier Materials and Resources Clause in Contracts

Supplier Materials and Resources. Unless supplied by HP, the Customer, or other named third party, it is required that Supplier possess all necessary and appropriate written materials, software, equipment, tools, drawings or schematics, or any other material resources necessary to deliver the Services set forth in the SOW. HP will not provide any material resources or facilities, unless specifically identified in the SOW.
