Supplier Matters. No supplier of the Company or any Subsidiaries has notified the Company or any Subsidiaries in writing, and to the knowledge of the Company, there is no reason to believe, that any such supplier will not continue dealing with the Company or any Subsidiaries on substantially the same terms as presently conducted, subject to changes in pricing and volume in the ordinary course.
