Supplier Obligations to Participating Entities. The Terms in this Article 3 relate specifically to Supplier and a Participating Entity when entering transactions utilizing the General Terms established in this Master Agreement. Article 1 General Terms control over any conflict with this Article 3. Where this Master Agreement is silent on any subject, Participating Entity and Supplier retain the ability to negotiate mutually acceptable terms.
