Supplier Proprietary Intellectual Property and Supplier Third Party Intellectual Property. Supplier Proprietary Intellectual Property shall be and shall remain the exclusive property of Supplier, and Supplier Third Party Intellectual Property shall be and remain the exclusive property of licensors to Supplier.
