Supplier Re-qualification – Sample Clauses

Supplier Re-qualification –. Viasystems Engineering and/or Quality must agree with Viasystems Purchasing to requalify a supplier who provides critical materials and services. The supplier may be required to provide a Corrective Action Report and/or QIP that address the reasons they were disqualified.
