Supplier self-notification. If, after delivery of a product, the supplier suspects or becomes aware that the product deviates or could deviate from the PPA/PPAP approval, it shall inform xxxx immediately. Detailed documentation (including iwis part number and name, clear description of the non-conformity, quantity of affected parts, identification of the affected parts as per delivery note number / production date, etc.) shall be submitted to the following e-mail addresses as appropriate: • Germany: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-XX@xxxx.xxx • Romania: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-XX@xxxx.xxx • China: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-XX@xxxx.xxx • India: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-XX@xxxx.xxx • USA: xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-XX@xxxx.xxx Furthermore, iwis will send a complaint to the supplier. An 8D report with root cause analysis, corrective actions and actions to avoid a recurrence is mandatory. Supplier notifications will be assessed as part of the supplier performance for series (see 5.3.6.1). Early supplier self-notification if deviations are suspected or become known helps iwis and the supplier work together to minimize the negative consequences and to better protect iwis customers. If iwis does not receive a supplier self-notification in cases where the supplier suspects or becomes aware of deviations, this represents a violation of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 and automatically activates escalation level 2 for the supplier (see 5.3.7.2). Supplier self-notifications can result in costs to iwis and possibly also to iwis customers. These costs will be charged to and paid by the supplier. A self-notification does not release the supplier from its liability; any loss or damage incurred by iwis or iwis customers shall be fully paid by the supplier.

  • Customer Notification By executing this Agreement, the Advisor acknowledges that as required by the Advisers Act the Sub-Advisor has supplied to the Advisor and the Trust copies of the Sub-Advisor’s Form ADV with all exhibits and attachments (including the Sub-Advisor’s statement of financial condition) and will promptly supply to the Advisor copies of all amendments or restatements of such document. Otherwise, the Advisor’s rights under federal law allow termination of this contract without penalty within five business days after entering into this contract. U.S. law also requires the Sub-Advisor to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or entity that opens an account. The Sub-Advisor will ask for the Trust’s legal name, principal place of business address, and Taxpayer Identification or other identification number, and may ask for other identifying information.

  • Drug-Free Workplace Certification As required by Executive Order No. 90-5 dated April 12, 1990, issued by the Governor of Indiana, the Company hereby covenants and agrees to make a good faith effort to provide and maintain a drug-free workplace at the Project Location. The Company will give written notice to the IEDC within ten (10) days after receiving actual notice that the Company, or an employee of the Company in the State of Indiana, has been convicted of a criminal drug violation occurring in the workplace. False certification or violation of this certification may result in sanctions including, but not limited to, suspension of payments under the Agreement, termination of the Agreement and/or debarment of contracting opportunities with the State for up to three (3) years. In addition to the provisions of the above paragraph, if the total amount set forth in the Agreement is in excess of $25,000.00, the Company agrees that it will provide a drug-free workplace by: A. Publishing and providing to all of its employees a statement notifying them that the unlawful manufacture, distribution, dispensing, possession or use of a controlled substance is prohibited in the Company’s workplace, and specifying the actions that will be taken against employees for violations of such prohibition;

  • Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where Freedom has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses IDLC systems to provide the local service to the End User and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to Freedom. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for Freedom (e.g. hairpinning): 1. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to any spare copper that exists to the customer premises. 2. Roll the circuit(s) from the IDLC to an existing DLC that is not integrated. 3. If capacity exists, provide "side-door" porting through the switch. 4. If capacity exists, provide "Digital Access Cross Connect System (DACS)- door" porting (if the IDLC routes through a DACS prior to integration into the switch). 2.6.2 Arrangements 3 and 4 above require the use of a designed circuit. Therefore, non- designed Loops such as the SL1 voice grade and UCL-ND may not be ordered in these cases. 2.6.3 If no alternate facility is available, and upon request from Freedom, and if agreed to by both Parties, BellSouth may utilize its Special Construction (SC) process to determine the additional costs required to provision facilities. Freedom will then have the option of paying the one-time SC rates to place the Loop.

  • REPORTING - NOTIFICATION A. Quarterly Reports In addition to any reports required pursuant to §19 or pursuant to any exhibit, for any contract having a term longer than 3 months, Local Agency shall submit, on a quarterly basis, a written report specifying progress made for each specified performance measure and standard in this Agreement. Such progress report shall be in accordance with the procedures developed and prescribed by the State. Progress reports shall be submitted to the State not later than five (5) Business Days following the end of each calendar quarter or at such time as otherwise specified by the State.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.
