Common use of Supplier Solicitation Clause in Contracts

Supplier Solicitation. Employee will not in any way, directly or indirectly, solicit, divert, take away or accept, the business of any of SBSI suppliers (including manufacturers) or other entities with whom SBSI has any business relationship related to the services it offers to customers (collectively the "Suppliers") which were served by any SBSI employee during the term of this Agreement;
